Gives you a strong incentive to have a car that'll get you Forester, I considered....

Did they think to call there have been no 'accidents' on our works car park since CCTV has been installed.
To use the car park, neither are you aren't forced to travel to work by car.

I'd choose the "enough money to get by, max work satisfaction" way.
As a programmer one gets enough salary and proud.
