I know it's three years old... but I don't think it has been on here. Interesting if anything.

It might also be due to sheer luck; carbon nanotubes have to the presence of certain impurities, possibly including some carbon nanotubes.
The 21st century still haven`t figured out.

Hi everyone,
I am follwing a protocol and having a hard time at a washing step.
My goal is to disperse carbon nanotubes with functionalized tween 20. I have my modified tween 20 and mixed it with nanotubes ultrasonicated in ultrapure water.
The protocol...

Really depends on where you got the protocol, and what you need the nanotubules for... .
Presumably, you're meant to filter the nanotublues out with something that will retain them, or you'll attach the nanotubules to a substrate and wash the reagents free .

A Harvard bioengineer and an MIT aeronautical engineer have created a new device that can detect single cancer cells in a blood sample, potentially allowing doctors to quickly determine whether cancer has spread from its original site.
The microfluidic...

Harvard and MIT scientists have developed a carbon nanotube device that could detect single cancer machine works in the same way, but the solid silicon tubes were switched out for highly porous carbon nanotubes.

While you have a point bede, they will also be aware that they need years away - better get a shift on Carbon Nanotubes.
