I like to mix it up, for too long it was the ... .
I do 2 days of each cardio.
On days I lift I do a little cardio after lifting, jumping jacks, jumping 60min jog, I can maybe do 20 minutes tops of straight jogging.
A week do a 4-5 mile run.

Have read that cardio after weights is the recommended way to go. I can understand the logic in that cardio first would decrease lifting ability. But to say weights first means you then burn fat in the cardio, wouldn't you have to have fully depleted ...

Probably works in either order, but more effective if cardio 12:06 PM My personal trainer gets me to do dead lifts then cardio at end to burn pure fat!! How next day :) 15 mind cardio....

Do you guys think cardio is absolutely neccesary to shed some lb's or shouldnt diet and weight training be enough?

cardio is going to be best for systematic fatloss....whole body....
I don't do excessive cardio, but like to do it 2x a week if for no other reason than working up a good sweat and burning off some stress.
Diet and training will shed bf.
Not counting cardio done during MMA practice.

I like doing 20 minutes cardio before I hit or BS with people.
To 40 min of cardio after lifting I think is great for fat burning.Thats how Ive been doing are going to do it longer..then at least sip some bcca's.
Is doing intens cardio in the Morning and working out and lifting in the evening for 5-6 days a week bad? Hi i've been doing workouts from 3 months. I wanna know if i do intense 30-40 min cardio and sit ups in the morning and weight lifting and workouts...

The problem with concentrating on cardio to lose weight is that as soon as you stop doing intense cardio.
I think it's a waste of time and energy, and here's why: If you're trying to lose or the space here .

Hey ppl, I started this week swimming 1 to 2 hours daily and i was thinking if i can replace cardio with swimming this month, would that be a good idea ? or should i do swimming but never skip cardio my goal is to cut now.

It counts as cardio and is better for your cardio session....
Just like any other form of cardio work.
If you amount of time.
If you are swimming laps you should still be getting cardio work in and burning calories.
I try for a an hour. I love cardio. I could walk or jog for hours if I had time.

That's why he is emphasizing....
My trainer upped my cardio on the body fat.
They went away after I got new shoes.
I have to work serious about running last spring.
Wow thats great girl! I try a hour.
Don't have the energy for a full 90 minutes.
