That's the most fun cardio I do by far - you can do two hours on that one cardio done with no problems at ....
My biggest thing is having my that I use quite a bit .
I also really love Power 90 V-VI Cardio Intervals.

I like to mix it up, for too long it was the ... .
I do 2 days of each cardio.
On days I lift I do a little cardio after lifting, jumping jacks, jumping 60min jog, I can maybe do 20 minutes tops of straight jogging.
A week do a 4-5 mile run.
The debate always goes on and on....to Cardio or not. Not looking for an argument as to for/against....just want to know what people experienced if they did it. So lets'find out. Did you ever do Cardio and....did it work for you for weightloss and/or ...

Work out to failure, work will lose weight if you lower....
You will lose weight if you lower them enough, or move enough .
I used Oxy-Elite and didn't work as expected or do both.
Loss generally comes with losing a bit of muscle too .

Where you can see some clips Also it is not all about Cardio you need strenght training to tone.

In the last week or so I've started....
If I'm on days I'll eitherSame, on an empty stomach keeping things slow and steady for about 45 mins After work.
If I'm on earlies I'll do it after work.
Today), I will do cardio pre-work.
What sort of bpm range should you aim for to increase cardio? My old hrm had a graph for age and if you were training for fat loss or cardio and which bpm zone to get into, I'm 25 is 160-180bpm too high? My aim is the best cardio fitness I can be at

POLL: Does fasted cardio in the morning really improve fat loss? So as the title says... does fasted cardio actually work or does it not matter when you do it as long as it gets done?

I was doing morning, after weights before cardio and the bed, but now i'm splitting weights and ....
Thanks for the reply mate.
It is best to use peptides 3-5 times a day so you can do it before weights then before cardio then before bed....
