If you know your hostname you can use nslookup to get the ip adress .
I don't really understand what you are talking about saying "my server" .
Will be able to access your website from outside if your proxys allows it.

Staples - the system will allow it, but the terms on the card state otherwise payment....
I use my PayPal debit card cards they sell.
For the gift cards use a credit card that pays rewards to get extra benefits.
