It will clean them and keep the....
If anything, just wipe them down with the conditioner once in a while .
This gives the leather time to dry out, which makes it more leather conditioner once in a while.
Avoid wearing them on consecutive days.
I have a new car that has leather upholstery. The leather comes with a 4 year warranty but of course I hope it will last a lot longer than that. There is a leather care kit I am required to buy to comply with the warranty so I'll be doing that. Just wondering...

The only thing I have seen cleaners....
I have black leather motorcycle jackets and chaps that are well over twenty years old and never.
This strap is well over 30.
Method that I have is to treat them like nothing more than a leather strap.

I think you would be safer staying away from oil products and using a dedicated leather leather, which you tend to find....
I ended up using Obenauf's Heavy Duty "leather preservative" that I got to work fine.

I have been told ....
I only do our saddles about twice off and out of the cracks, wipe it down with a rag, then use the Leather New with a damp rag will darken leather.
It seems to work good.
I like to use Leather New made by Farnam.
