Going to a US based med school is no shield against failing the USMLE's have well organized clinical rotations...
It's not unique to Caribbean schools.
Does someone know the schools in teh caribbean that are considered "legit"- that is where a large percentage get licensed and accepted into US residency programs? because i have been told by many that alot of caribbean med schools are very poor.
