What happens if a cats whiskers are cut off? i have a cat and was baby sitting my brother when i went and got a drink, i came back to find my three year old brother cutting the whiskers off of the cat, i got him away from it but mr wiggles only had 1 ...

So here is my latest cat with whiskers. My best cat to date!
The whiskers are actually shed hair from my jack russell terrier and were perfect for this cat (sshhh, don't tell the cat person!).

Is it true that cats use their whiskers to feel? Like people use their hands to feel around. Cats do the same, but with their whiskers. At least, that's what I heard.

The cat whiskers are hands downwhiskers do a better job of stopping vibration on the string,, havnt found leaches to have near enough effect on the string but i do put....
Thing the 2 have in common are they both go on your string, thats it .
