I created a liveID account and I claimed my business listing. Now when I click on the "Change your business listing" link, I can't edit my listing. All I see is this message:
" This listing has already been verified."

I don't have a business as such, but I've noticed other companies are doing it and I think the biggest thing is easier communication and quicker turnaround between the business employees and customers. It tends to be faster than emails/phone calls!
