It's a combination of buttons on VCR and on the remote....change to whichever channel to tune on VCR using VCR or remote buttons, then the "channel preset" button on VCR, then the fast forward or fast reverse....

You have to put the VCR on either channel AV1 or AV2,as you can only view/record the channel you you watch a different channel on your TV.Other than that if you still need a VCR get a VCR/DVD/PVR (VCR) ....

Is seeing/recording, you'll need ANOTHER connection: VCR to TV.

Of the channels have English in either lanuage mode, a few channels have nothing on the alternate language channel, and tonight TBS had Spanish.

My Thompson box has just started picking up S4C, BBC Wales and I used to have normal english channels.

It will use a SCART to go from the Freeview box output to the VCR A1 (or other SCART....
If you need more than the \extra Freeview box to the VCR.
And set the VCR to timer mode.
The Freeview box on and dont change its channel.
