As far as getting fees waived that will depend on your past paying history, if you have missed....
There should be a number on the back of your BBY card, that number will conect you with HSBC who is the issuer of the card, and handles all the accounts .

I have used a credit card from Capital One for 5 years.

I just got late fee and interest charges two consecutive months but it was Capital One fault for processing the payment! Capital One credit the late fee of $25 but not the interset charges.

I'm in the process of disputing a bill from this company and the bill is growing by 5% every month because of a "late penalty fee" which they keep adding on. I've read through their terms and conditions and there is no mention of this 5% or any late penalty...
