I have a tax rate configured in PayPal that can't be deleted or deactivated for some reason, so I'm thinking that's the problem.

Never have been charged through a Chase ATM till the other day, now it's $3.00 for a Paypal withdrawl. Anyone know why??

I have my cart setup to charge 8.25% tax to people in California, but outside of CA will be 0%. That is working fine throughout the cart, but then when they go through checkout and get to Paypal, paypal adds an additional 8.25% tax, so they are getting...

This is a quick reminder that is it AGAINST paypal regulations to mark payments as "payment owed" when you are buying goods. This makes it against the rules here as well.
Payments MUST be marked as "goods" not services or anything else

When you send payment there is a purchase option and mailing it as "goods." You can log into paypal and hit the sent money tab to see what I'm to paypal if your item is ....
Like say "X" diaper is $5 in stead of $4.50 + paypal fees.

If the items are truly free, you may label them as $.01 then just add the p&p or S&h as needed.
