Kit, Or i have a few bikes lay'n round you can ride one.We'll just put the suspention on the fish and chips setting.
I'm due to start a 600km charity cycle ride from Dusseldorf in Germany to Newbury next week. We are doing this over 5 days. Does anybody have any last minute advice.

I have done the Manchester-Blackpool ride in the past and I was in agony I was in my prime then though and with the past five years bad health ive had im dreading this ride more!! Not been.
