I didn't know until this week local GA school districts have a say in whether or not Charter Schools can open. Richmond County probably has one the worse school systems in GA but right next door is Columbia County with one of the best. Are there many ...

It would mean that charter schools would get more money per student than public schools get. The article says that Orange and Polk Counties would be hit the hardest by the bill.

So... Hyde School has always targeted certain geographical pockets of the U.S. population, market strongholds so to speak, and Florida has always been one of them.
Part of that has to do with the fact that it's always easier to indoctrinate someone else...

When I was in Sydney 3 - 11 January, I saw many STA buses around Circular Quay and the CBD showing the destination CHARTER XXX - - the XXX being three numbers.
