As far as texture be disappointed.
Except the portions are smaller in the Caribbean , they almost look scrawny.
Take a look at these pics the difference.
The first difference is the lack of meaty claws on a Caribbean lobster.

My LFS here in Tokyo has these interesting small blue discosoma in. They are listed as Caribbean bubble discs, but they aren't like anything I've seen here.
