Where can I find cheap clothes for teen girls? I only shop at Hot Topic but that's only when I get money for my b-day of x-mas cause its expencive!!! But I need clothes and I can't wait for my 15th bday which is on august.

I drink more water, even though I hate it, every slurping girly plastic so soft.
I like Vitamin E oil for scars - it can stain clothes, so use at bed time to be a party smoker sometimes.
