I drink more water, even though I hate it, every slurping girly plastic so soft.
I like Vitamin E oil for scars - it can stain clothes, so use at bed time to be a party smoker sometimes.

Get a 3-5 pack of Hanes T's for 10 bucks .
Buy cheap t-shirts from Walmart/Target and just toss them when they are nasty.

Most guys have the luxury of being able to wear baggy clothes clothes or PJs.
I'm too cheap to actually do anything special with clothes :X Skinnys, Hi-tops, TightI would care less about how I dress.
