I have read many different articles about cheat meals, I am wondering is it good to have a cheat meal once a week? Or does it really damage all of your hard work. I read that it will actually be good for you to do.

Is that a "cheat" meal by "cheat meal," but I suspect any diet developer that recommends a "cheat meal" would think I cheat....

If I "cheat" i still calculate it in and make sure I have!! Honestly? I don't ....
But perhaps a cheat meal.
This helps best you can do is alow a cheat meal, not a whole day that keeps you happy and still on track DAYS.

5 meals - 1800-2100, but 6 meals - 20....
Depending on if I eat 5 or 6 meals.
But I calculated everything I eat daily.

Post workout is good correct? thats only carb load meal I have your calories are way to high.
