I have read many different articles about cheat meals, I am wondering is it good to have a cheat meal once a week?
Or does it really damage all of your hard work. I read that it will actually be good for you to do.

Hi Guys..do any of you do a cheat meal a week? (and count weeklies). I did that "My Fit Foods" for a month to get us going on simply filling, and that was a concept they had..but then I don't have anything left really the rest of the week, so wondering...

Is that a "cheat" meal by "cheat meal," but I suspect any diet developer that recommends a "cheat meal" would think I cheat....
Mean, do I ever have meals that do not include "diet" food? Heck, yeah.

If I "cheat" i still calculate it in and make sure I have!! Honestly? I don't ....
But perhaps a cheat meal.
This helps best you can do is alow a cheat meal, not a whole day that keeps you happy and still on track DAYS.

5 meals - 1800-2100, but 6 meals - 20....
Depending on if I eat 5 or 6 meals.
But I calculated everything I eat daily.
3000 as well.
Post workout is good correct? thats only carb load meal I have your calories are way to high.

List what you guys eat through the day. Here's my second meal.
5 oz of salmon with 1 cup mixed vegs.
First meal was 3 whole eggs 2 egg whites.
Lunch will be 6 oz chicken, vegs, wheat bread.

Am I missing something or is it possible to log in meals in sub categories like Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner as well as snacks 1 & 2, etc?
