I am just wondering but has anyone else noticed that SWTOR only has one crew skill which is none other than Biochem. Every time I do a schematic inspection I notice that the person that is my current target is doing Biochem I rarely see anyone doing artifice...

Personally I do right now is biochem is great now but they cant really add much more to it all the others can have more added to it as the next tier of content comes....
They allready know that biochem "may" be a bit overpowered at given rate.

It's the kind of material to retake in more detail in med school .
If biochem I was a pain, I'd put it off until after your MCAT.

I would only take Physical Chem if you did not receive a B or higher in your gen chem courses to prove that your are solid in the inorganic in engineering (gpa isn't that great).
I would take endocrinology for the reasons you stated.

At least I don't remember orgo being all that much different from general chem, but then again like I said always the 2 main looming courses I heard....
I actually didn't mind metabolic cycles, protein synthesis, and other things in biochem.

Is one Graduate level Bio chem class this spring too much to attempt while prepping for a May MCAT?

I got a D in OC-I and B- in OC-II, how bad does this look? Additionally, NYCOM said that students need a minimum of C in all prerequisites, but I got a secondary from them, so should I send it or not?

I took biochem I and II, bioorganic biochem I and II, bioorganic....
Some places will let you substitute O-chem 2 for Biochem but not at NYCOM.
