Hyd consulate is only for those applicants who reside in AP Thanks for your reply.
In Karnataka, you should go to Chennai consulate.

Hi
I went for my H1B stamping on 17th may 2012 to US Consulate Chennai?
My petition was approved on Oct 2011.
The visa officer gave me a 221G green form asking for a new LCA doc.
Kindly advice what this could be ?

There is no requirement of any work experience or proof of income in India .
H1b is based on your educational qualification and an approved work petition by a US employer .
It is not required.
