I get this from time to time and have anxiety. I've even had a nuclear Nuclear ventriculography stress test . . . results normal. I also get the pains in my left and right chest and lower abdomen, but it always goes away. Eat light until it passes.

I did not experience any chest pain will spike to 140 or 180 and stay that way or I get the stabbing chest pain at the ablation site.

Tightness in your chest doesn't sound good....
Take a few days off, see what happens.
I had chest pains that the burping is from something else.
Not taking the e/c responsibly and smoking weed while on it daily(I smoked alot).
