Some people used to say the Chicago gang La Raza was in NY but that was just a localNYC as I said before really did not have that much exposure to other gangs outside the area.Even Park NYC.But their ties are questionable....

There's nothing of a gang from the "other side of the city".
The names of the streets are even the basis of their gang name usually.

There is more gang bangin' in NYC than in anyother city it seems, but the good thing is that they are not all killing each other, because cities like Philly and Chicago and even LA all have higher murder rates, so at least the gangs in NY are the safest...
