I will never throw a chicken carcass away again, having discovered how easy it is to make a soup base. But I'm always looking for ways to crank up the flavour of the broth.

I am still really confused about when or how to use stock or broth. From what I gather, broth is for soup and stock for gravies but I am not sure why. Why can't I use stock as a base for soup ????
Anyway, on my packaged (canned) stock, it says stock plus...
