"laws"/guidelines in your 'hoods?
I know a lot of people play with "laws" or taxes and such in their hoods. I'm looking for something new to add to the gameplay so i was wondering what type of rules or laws do you have in your hood?

Hi, Octavia! I don't really have a tax system in my hoods, but I use Monique's Payees Notebook they turn into adults.

I killed a nice hooded merganser several years back and didn't think a whole lot of it...other than it was a beautiful duck. I haven't killed once since and wish I had mounted it.
Is the merganser worth mounting to you guys? I regret not mounting it.

I am looking at a Jubilee with no hood and no grill.Do these hoods come available and where. Everything else is in working order? 1000.00 or less. I have an 8n that is getting the job done. How much better is a Jubilee than an 8n. Thanks in advance.
