I made this for Doc last year and forgot to post the recipe.
all the ingredients are toasted then ground together when needed..

I make a steak from smoked alder salt,hawiian black lava salt or Hiaw Kai, Fresh crack pepper, Fresh ground black cumin seed, and horseradish powder. I rub the steaks with olive oil before seasoning and let them get to room temp before grilling.
