Why are most chinese restaurants closed on Sunday ? I stay in califorina I don't know if its the same in different states

Some may close on Mondays but not many any.
Not in Los Angeles Sundays are busy days.
Because they want a day off? Many restaurants are run by families, who are there 60 or 70 hours per): I spek the chines.

I like Sea King, but I've never had authentic chinese before, but it's not really chinese....
Ottawa isn't too good because it was definitely good before .
Chinese restaurants in Toronto to be honest and you will find less in Ottawa.

Have you noticed? (Re: cash payments at restaurants) Have you ever noticed that when you pay cash at a Mexican or Chinese Restaurant that they don’t ring it up? They simply put the cash into the drawer.
So if they aren’t ringing it into the cash register...
