However if that does not clear it up you should go to a free clinic for std testing .

Gonorrhea causes infertility at the time of the infection by causing the fallopian tubes to scar closed.
PID usually has symptoms such as pain and fever. BUT both Gonorrhea and chlamydia which commonly travels with it can cause scarring of the tubes...
