It happened so that I was really impressed by the number of web hosting providers available in the market.
My several friends suggested me Topxen.com as well as ASPnix.com web hosts.
Both offer nice VPS plans at reasonable price.

If I were you, I would better choose aspnix.com windows VPS package.
If you are looking for reliable host you should use services support.
Their services for more than 10 years.
