Last night Family Guy hit on a very sore subject matter with me, the topic of Christian Science. Christian Science is a sect of Christianity(duh) that believes that prayer and god are the best way to heal a person, and that no medical care is needed outside...

Have to forego health care coverage, since Christian Scientists, by principle, oppose modern health care? In other words, if you go to work as a receptionist for a local Christian Science Organization, would this be a job without any health care coverage...

Can christianity be linked to science? Evolution is true, but you can't evolve from nothing. Perhaps God created the first link in evolution. Perhaps He even created the big bang. There has to be creation because nothing can exist without a cause of it...

Does this exist? I'm considering piecing together our schooling now rather than doing a boxed curriculum. I would love a gentle science intro for kindergarten with a God's creation type of theme. Sort of similar to MFW science...where the activities tie...
