I saved C8, the protected Cinema mode profile, to an SD, the protected Cinema....
As a workaround.
And I see a difference in how highlights are clipped between using the protected Cinema mode and just post, and you are correct.

Noob question here.
First of all how do you put the camcorder in the 1080/25or24p mode(ntse or pal)?
Is it just cinema colour in the menu? The manual is not very clear and also what is the benifit of running in 24p apart from saving card space?
Am i correct...

However, I can say from my friends one that the heat pretty much evenly spreads out across the chassis .
The only vents are at the back.

I connected a home cinema system to my new HD box with an optical cable. Everything works fine on HD channels that are transmitting Dolby Digital, but when I watch non DD programs / adverts / SD channels I only get sound from the left & right speakers...

It should be able to use Dolby Pro Logic of the home cinema we may be able....
It does sound like a setting in your home cinema.
I do get surround sound when watching HD speakers.
I have also checked settings on the home cinema system.
