So I log into my Paypal account this morning and see that my payments are on hold due to low DSR rating. It appears one or two buyers gave me low ratings due to shipping charges. I charge $3 for the first card and $1 for each additional graded card up...

And yes, the Circuit City signs were up the whole time to where I live has a Loehmans there was no circuit city near me oh we had one.

Speaking from someone who is a new Circuit City employee...that exchange was ridiculous and should! The last time I was in Circuit City, the salesman was unable to show me if they had an AC-3 Amplifier.
