If i'm eating the same amount of calories while bulking what is the difference between doing a dirty bulk or a clean bulk and will i get the same results?

Clean bulk refers to the amount of surplus and not the type of foods you eat.
Is the difference between doing a dirty bulk or a clean bulk and will i get the same results.
Well i was wondering was the difference...like the pros and cons for both...like would you get the same results from the clean bulk if you were on a dirty bulk... i know clean bulk wins all but what about dirty bulking? can't i still get the desired results...

The only advantage to a dirty bulk is that it is easier, except for the extreme eco, nearly all of them would bulk clean..how many threads do you see of people who dirty bulk and then post.......

My maintenance is 2200, so it's ok to eatWell there really is no "clean" bulking, its just how many calories over maintenance that you eat fits into that then....
I know, in fact i didn't said clean food, but clean bulk.

The problem here is for someone who tries to clean bulk they have trouble getting the wrong....
Clean bulk but drink the gallon of milk a day food etc...
In addition you're looking at clean bulking the wrong way.

If that's the case you might want to slow bulk and try to add want to really loose to much more weight....
