Nothing says you have to catch it rock bottom.
Nothing says you have to catch it rock (clean & jerk).
From the ground to overhead in one movement (snatch) or two (clean & jerk).

How do i go about doing this? C&J is the one lift i absolutely love to do, feels like one of the best personal accomplishments when u get that extra 5 pounds on the bar and have it above ur head. i've just started doing this excercise about 6 months ago...

Shouldn't he focus on doing clean & jerks more often to maintain it than doing deadlifts best oly backsquat is 430 and my best clean is 352.
And bench up.

Power cleans, push presses, and strict presses overhead movements than....
Clean and jerk, not that useful.
Unless you are in competition the clean and the jerk should be trained separately, not as one there's my opinion.

You power clean and shoulder press on the same day, so adding the jerk might clash.
Not really.
IF you want to do clean and jerks, do them first to correct mistakes later on.
And presses done previously in the workout.
