I was using a wash cloth with water and it but it doesn't get the stamp all the way clean, so I was wondering what everyone else used...

I've used the technique....
It doesn't make I am done.
After a while, most stamps don't come completely clean.
Most of the time, I just stamp off the excess ink onto textured scrap paper.
Use running water right after I use the stamp.

A few of my customers have asked over the years as to the "Official" way to collect Peel and Stick stamps.

I have placed a single stamp printing its stamps in strips....
Then SG515 and 516 QE2.
And you cannot correctly, they are;
SG485 and 486 Geo VI .
Its clean, its fresh, and my grandaughter is Norwegian,
2x5 stamp strips.

Depends on the stamp, its state and see 3 above.
On the stamp, if it is old with fugitive ink then it effectively destroys the stamp, others get surface damage.

I currently do that - only to find that 5" long banner stamp I printed off the internet is really only 3" long when I go to get it from my box! That's why I think I need to stamp them in order....

I have used pdfKit.net from TallComponents before and have used it for many projects .
It is a .net library.
ITextSharp can do the pdf stamping for you.
