You cannot access a client machine's DNS Cache from your ASP.NET server or anything in the browser .
There is an undocumented api called DnsFlushResolverCache in dnsapi.dll, see this link for an example for how to use it from C# (not ASP.NET) .

My complaint is simple. I purchased CLEAR 3 weeks ago. Though they check your area's connection (mines ranked "good"), I went home and still could not get it to work properly. It took forever to search for a signal and couldn't even connect with it. Unhappy...

I called them for service and they referred me to Clear they partner with several different....
The manager called ClearMy story actually begins with Hughesnet.
I wasn't even in Clears internet service area.
And showed me the reults.

Have had it for 1-2 years....
I've had Comcast internet @ 2 years now,
I have Clear.
The good thing though is Clear is offering a refurbished modem and swap for new equipment and see if that helps.
Unbearable with what I'm paying them.
