Does anyone else do this? I've done it on and off in the past. I've started up again in the last week and it's to the point where I have a sore jaw during the day now. I'm sure it's stress related and I'm working on that but that's not going to disappear...

I have some teeth damage from it so my dentist made me up a mouth guard it's caused! I do it too....
My doctor has prescribed me diazepam (valium) for when it becomes an issue I do this all the time.

I was dx with sleep apnea 'untreated' but I never saw a difference in symptoms during the 30 days I was using the CPAP .
