That is some great info-have you got your clock back yet and how well does it run? Eric, there are several BB posts on how to repair/replace these clocks primarily by re-soldering a wire.

I just received my N8 from repair and they changed the main chip for it with the newest software. Now it gives me black screen when calling / receiving calls. It also does this when clock has alert on.

Got Nokia from warranty repair yesterday (changed motherboard) and updated from 1.0 to 1.1 immediately? I didn't check how it was with firmware....
Sensor might be broken somehow? If you received it from repair, maybe the casing is somehow.

I picked up a nice Parker Clock in a deco case. I can't figure out how to set the hands. Is it possible that the movement, which is held in the case by two screws, has to be removed to set the hands? The rear of the case, which is actually the rear...

Any guessimates clock with a similar rear - your seems to be missing an outer ring
around the squiare hole.
