I didn't/don't do any presses though Thats....
It worked fairly well.
After stopping Smolov jr I benched 3x a week, usually 4-6 sets a day 5x5, 5x2, or 5x3 one day very light two days medium .
I had good results maxing out on what would be the 16th for you .

A month.
I had been consistently losing about 6lbs.
To my goal.

But idk why you want that high Bench? for most... .
Your squat and Bench i think are good now.
For ME it took 3 months to put on 7lbs of clean Muscle. .
But it would be mostly fat i believe..
You could gain the weight..
It's how hard you work..
Honestly IDK.
