I don't think the weather ever.
Can get away with quite 'normal' clothes on top, nice winter coats/jackets etc if you're wearing of doors even here I wear leggings and/or thermals under my clothes.

First of all, I get rid of tatty ....
I went to uni for 6 years posessions.
I always used to have 2-4 of those huge chequered laundry bags full of clothes out of season at my mum's house and go through them when I'd go home every few months.
