UMTerp I keep stayed at the Courtyard in Cocoa Beach twice now before DCL cruises.
Not too far from the port.

A1A Beach Rentals has a shop right on A1A in cocoa BeachThe main beach right at the "pier" is a very nice beach, and has chairs/umbrellas for rent and they provide all kinds of beach rentals....

I recommend Cherie Down Park in Cape Canaveral is the town where the port is, next town to the south is Cocoa Beach.
Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral are basically the same thing.

Hi we stopped at Holiday Inn at Cocoa Beach, cheap, cheerful and beachfront with great pool as it is half the price of the Hilton and in our opinion its just as good.

Wife and I are set for a cruise in March on Ecstasy and are staying at the LaQuinta Cocoa Beach Hotel. Has anyone stayed there? and also they say we can leave the our vehicle there is it a safe place to leave it parked for a week?
