I put it on apples, celery....
1 PT+ per 2 Tablespoons I love this stuff.
You can add it to smoothies.
There are several recipes on DashingDish.com that use the powder.
I mix 2 T of the powder with 1 T water and put it on sandwiches & toast.

Mixing premade cookie dough with cocoa powder? Would this result in a COMPLETELY CHOCOLATE cookie or should I just make some from scratch?

The scratch recipe would also let you know how much cocoa vs.
It would be easier to make them from scratch than try to fully incorporate cocoa powder into finished dough.

i found some awesome cocoa powder that has less than 1 carb per tablespoon. the brand is Baker's Corner and it is available at Aldi's for about $2.
i use it with cream and cream cheese!!...

Does anyone know why Nestle's Cocoa Powder is NOT on their gluten free safe list of products? Not sure if I should try Hersheys as I have reacted to their candies in the past. Are there other brands?

Cocoa powder cannot generally be used interchangeably.
I was not aware bittersweet, semi-sweet, white chocolate etc.
Unsweetened cocoa powder is what is generally used for baking.
Sweet chocolate chips.

(measure the sugar amount for the recipe but remove two tablespoons Just buy Mrs .
Use the chocolate mix and use a few tablespoons less sugar .
The fat in the chips will alter the recipe.
