I put it on apples, celery....
1 PT+ per 2 Tablespoons I love this stuff.
You can add it to smoothies.
There are several recipes on DashingDish.com that use the powder.
I mix 2 T of the powder with 1 T water and put it on sandwiches & toast.

The scratch recipe would also let you know how much cocoa vs.
It would be easier to make them from scratch than try to fully incorporate cocoa powder into finished dough.

Cocoa powder cannot generally be used interchangeably.
I was not aware bittersweet, semi-sweet, white chocolate etc.
Unsweetened cocoa powder is what is generally used for baking.

Cocoa powder is far from a homogenous substance and how it is processed has a lot to do with what it's nutritional values are.

(measure the sugar amount for the recipe but remove two tablespoons Just buy Mrs .
Use the chocolate mix and use a few tablespoons less sugar .
The fat in the chips will alter the recipe.
