Is Fractionated Coconut Oil as moisturizing as Coconut Oil? Or is there a big difference. I know FCO absorbs very quickly and CO tends to stick around for a while on the skin. Does that mean the CO is more moisturizing or just more oily?

The coconut oil comes from the meat (after heating the cream if it is as healthy ....
It will still contain MCTs but a lesser amount and will have such as: carbs, protein, oil, etc.
Coconut milk isn't converted from oil.
