You can buy coconut milk skim or whole.
Or that they have added water.
I think the water just means there is no milk fat in it.
Coconut milk/water is the same thing.
And are more like a juice.

Coconut water is completely different and contains zero coconut oil.
Your best bet would be to use another oil instead of coconut water are making..=) No.

You are right, the correct term is 'coconut water.' I have never heard anyone call it water.
Coconut water and coconut milk both exist in the coconut, but they are different things.
