If it's Kindle you mean, then a html file uploaded via KDP, either using Center and Break tags for much of the content, and at the same time omitting many / most para codes.

Why don't you just use a pay to write site? I've only gotten paid for doing rewrites, reviews, and a couple short stories I think but the majority of what I could find was article re writer work .
