Does anyone know of source code to a free bar code reader algorithm? Ideally in a c/c++/c# based language. Something that processes a bitmap picture of a barcode is fine...

I share a lot of feeds on my google reader, i want some code using asp.net to read all these feeds and put in a page, may be with paging because feeds are too much. Any one know how to do so?, or if there is a tool for that

I think Google reader does not have an official API as of now.

Just search for vagcom, sort by cheapest price first and buy one that specifically says it supports... .
If you have a laptop a £10 usb vagcom cable will do you Yes but any idear which one? always a bit warey of buying these things unless i know more about them .

You could also parse the feeds with PyRSS2Gen.
I don't know if this is quite what you want, but you could look into Yahoo Pipes .

Update: Thanks for all the help. I found that purchasing a cheap barcode scanner was much more efficient :) .

Its is possible, barcodepedia have flash reader that reads barcodes from a webcam.
If you know how to call C/C++ code from delphi, you should look into the zebra barcode reader .
With a good resolution for reading barcodes.
