So I made a New Year's resolution to save $2-3/day and make my own coffee to take to work on my 45 minute commute. At this point I've saved roughly $50 with this simple change.

Grind your own beans right before youI like Eight O'Clock French roast ground right before brewing.
If you like dard you can also experiment with the amount of coffe .

I was in Malawi a few years ago and loved the Mzuzu coffee which is grown in the main coffee area in the north.
