I refuse to do it, I was with some people at Starbucks that accused me of being cheap (After buying a 3 doller cup of coffee). I said it is not a tradition to tip a barista( would I tip the guy at McDonalds?) and I went on to say it is slightly foolish...

At my local caffeteria (coffee shop) work their asses off, and I always tip them something like 10 at a coffee shop, but we have a very different culture in Australia.
