As far probably drink warm.
And it doesn't taste too nice cold, but at room temperature El Bolson beer (made from corn) is lovely it was really smooth, the color of the beer was great - it was the same color as coke.

It should age fine sitting cold.
The only reason I say unhook your beer line is just so people wont dispense it.
