I have a situation where in I need to reference a C# library in my Cold Fusion code. Any suggestions or links would be really useful.

In Visual Studio 2008 you can do this by going into your project's properties, Selecting the Application tab, select Assembly Information... .
You'll have to make your .Net library COM visible first .
Here is an example.
ColdFusion 8 supports using .NET classes.

I've exposed several web services in our product using java and WS-Security. One of our customers wants to consume the web service using Coldfusion. Does coldfusion support ws-security? Can I get around it by writing a java client and using that in coldfusion...

ColdFusion can easily use Java objects....
I've never done any ws-security, and don't know if ColdFusion can consume it or not, but to answer your secondary question:

I saw that on a mazda 6 forum someone should try to fit this on a fusion everyone know 3.7L and 3.5 are same engine and share many part like intake

Yes I know but this cold air can do a Short ram too if you remove difference for the sound and intake flow.....
You may gain a few more horses, but it's not worth the risk of hydrolock .
I just don't see the benefit to a real cold air intake.
