I have a situation where in I need to reference a C# library in my Cold Fusion code. Any suggestions or links would be really useful.

In Visual Studio 2008 you can do this by going into your project's properties, Selecting the Application tab, select Assembly Information... .
You'll have to make your .Net library COM visible first .
Here is an example.
ColdFusion 8 supports using .NET classes.

ColdFusion can easily use Java objects....
I've never done any ws-security, and don't know if ColdFusion can consume it or not, but to answer your secondary question:

Yes I know but this cold air can do a Short ram too if you remove for the sound and intake flow.
You may gain a few more horses, but it's not worth the risk of hydrolock .
I just don't see the benefit to a real cold air intake.
