In Windows Vista, when you have Theme "Windows Aero" loaded, you can change the color of the windows from control panel > change the color at this location....

I don't think to get the color of the a and then set a:visited to that color and this probably wouldn't work in all browsers....

Benjamin Moore's Sea Haze is a lovely blue/green/gray combo than blue, but ....
The color really changes with the time of day/amount of sunlight - sometimes more blue with the color in different settings.
And I love it.
