Is there a way to change the tab group colors in IE8?

In this article about IE8 tab grouping it seems you can turn off tab grouping altogether under Tab Options....
I made a bunch of them and tried various ways of changing the colors but I don't think it can be done (from the front end).

It looks like the AWB the warmer AWB better.
Although, I see the difference in color, I think the Custom Balance is too blue.
I don't normally use custom white balance, I just try to correct it in PSE .

I want to have some labels on a form with the same font color as the caption on my group boxes, and furthermore I want these colors to change if the user has applied a different Theme on their system.
Can I do this without changing the GroupBox caption...
