I am looking for recomendations and heads up about any current deals..
The best so far seems to be BnQ at £550 a Heatline Monza which I believe is made by Vaillant...so should be good...

Need urgent advice on how to resolve my faulty Vokera Compact Combi Boiler, model number 24MTN.

If your user name was MUFC1878 id give you of same problem as you, My vokera boiler was off the whole summer, went to turn it back and he cleaned them out and it worked fine.......

I have a gaz combi (De Dietrich) fitted in a small cellar below the kitchen accessed via trap door and very inconvenient as it is a rental property and would be difficult to access for tenants. There is no room stat but all rads are thermostatically controlled...

The same as my combi that as a 60 litres tank built into the boiler, it has the groupe de securite the combi and one to use just the cumulus normally incase of boiler breakdown!!! Sort of defeats the object controls were part....

A relative of mine has a house she lets out and it has a combi boiler that needs replacing.
She's been Quote: d £1,600 for an Ideal Logic 24+ with a 5 year warranty on parts and labour.
This sounds a realistic price to me and wonder if you would agree...

Just ran the bath, and found that even with the hot tap fully on, the water wasn't that hot - I could hold my hand under it, and I didn't need...

In my experience a combi boiler does not get anywhere near the flow EV.
It has a pump and doesn't heat anything.
Will be really slow? I'm no expert but I was told you cannot have a power shower with a combi boiler.

You could but it would mean splitting up the plumbing system but it is impractical... .
You could have a system boiler and an unvented cylinder.
The idea of having a combi is to do away with tanks and cylinders.
No i don't think you can have both.
